In the heart of Stelvio National Park
Thermal care, wellbeing, a Thermal Spa, outdoor activities, hospitality and traditional cuisine come together around one of the oldest iron-rich thermal springs in the Alps.
It all begins with water
Water lies at the heart of the treatments, thermal experiences, wellbeing and every stay at Terme di Rabbi.
Rabbi Valley, a side valley of the better-known Val di Sole, is rich in streams, waterfalls, lakes and natural springs. Among them, Rabbi’s thermal spring has shaped the history of the valley and its thermal baths for centuries.
Pure and medium-mineralised, naturally rich in ferrous iron, bicarbonates, magnesium and, above all, free carbon dioxide, Rabbi’s thermal water rises from deep beneath the valley and forms the basis of the thermal treatments and programmes designed for wellbeing, care and recovery in close contact with nature.
Today, thermal treatments, the Thermal Spa, treatments inspired by the Kneipp method, outdoor activities and hospitality come together in an experience shaped by thermal water, the mountains and Alpine tradition.
Here, water guides every journey. The rest is Nature. Discovery. Tradition.
Terme di Rabbi
Terme di Rabbi is renowned for its iron-rich thermal water, naturally high in free carbon dioxide, which gives it its characteristic fine effervescence. It helps support vascular tone, ease muscular tension and musculoskeletal discomfort, and promote respiratory wellbeing. Set in an unspoilt Alpine environment in the heart of Stelvio National Park, the thermal baths bring together treatments, a Thermal Spa, movement and Kneipp-inspired experiences in one integrated approach to care, prevention, recovery and deep relaxation.
Thermal treatments
Inhalation, vascular, drinking and musculoskeletal thermal treatments, also available through the Italian National Health Service.
Kneipp experiences
Water, movement, stimulation, response and recovery.
Inspired by the Kneipp method and Alpine tradition, these experiences complement the thermal treatments, the Thermal Spa and other therapies.
Thermal Spa
Thermal water, three levels of heat from the most humid to the driest, deep relaxation and evidence-based aromatherapy. A guided indoor and outdoor experience lasting around 2 hours, followed by relaxation.
The experience can also be combined with a restorative or relaxing massage.
Massage and physiotherapy
Massage therapy, osteopathy, physiotherapy including aquatic physiotherapy, and Tecar therapy: treatments designed to support functional recovery, muscle tone, vascular wellbeing and relaxation.
Face and body treatments
Our beauty centre offers face and body treatments designed to enhance the thermal experience and restore balance and vitality.
Rabbi Valley: where nature becomes part of the thermal experience
Trails and guided routes start directly from the thermal baths, inviting you to experience Rabbi Valley gradually through movement, breathing and recovery.
Walking barefoot through the woods, following valley-floor or high-altitude trails, and immersing yourself in the silence of Stelvio National Park: every experience becomes part of a natural balance between activity, recovery and thermal wellbeing.
Nature accompanies the thermal journey, both inside and beyond the thermal baths.
Terme Attive
Forest Therapy, Barefooting and Body Activation Walking combine movement, the Alpine environment and thermal experiences.
Guided activities are open to hotel guests and day visitors and can also be booked as outdoor-only experiences, without access to the thermal facilities.
Yoga, Pilates and Morning Exercise
The gentle rhythm of yoga, Pilates and morning exercise brings together movement, breathing and nature during your stay in Rabbi Valley.
These guided activities take place outdoors and move to the gym in bad weather. They are open to Hotel Terme di Rabbi guests and day visitors and may be booked individually or as a package.
The Thermal Spa, Terme Attive, outdoor activities and guided experiences are open to everyone, including visitors who are not staying at Hotel Terme di Rabbi.
